Right click and save the color
swatches. Take into Web
Studio, "stretch" by clicking on
them, and grab the handles to
create this look.

To make the background color, go to the gallery and open the
background tab. Drag the color box to the page. Click on a box under
'custom color' and then click on 'define custom colors. Add the RGB
140.137.189. And then "add to custom colors." The color you selected
should appear in the 'custom color box'.
