This template was made in PSP7 so what you would need to do is copy
and save the link buttons and this background graphic. Open Web
Studio and add the graphics.

If you own PSP, you could make the orange background wider and omit
the link buttons on the right. I think I might try that on the next
template I make. If it doesn't turn out, I won't add it to the site.

I wasn't sure how to add a title to the top so use your imagination to
see what you can come up with. More than anything.......have fun
while doing it. There's all kinds of color combinations and ideas, so go
for it.
