Right click and save the
color swatches. Take
into Web Studio,
"stretch" by clicking on
them, and grab the
handles to create this
look.

To make the background color, go to the gallery and open the
background tab. Drag the color box to the page. Click on a box
under 'custom color' and then click on 'define custom colors. Add
the RGB 151.159.130. And then "add to custom colors." The color
you selected should appear in the 'custom color box'.

Make the bars on the left/right long enough to fit your content.
The link tabs are from Web Studio's gallery, buttons, 3-D section.
You can use any of the other buttons to create this look. You can
also add buttons to the bars on the right. Add a picture or text in
the bars on the right. Use your imagination to come up with
anything which looks good.
