I had a little problem with this template. I started by making the width of
the light blue border 5 pixels wide. When I previewed, the border lines were all over the place and I knew that wouldn't work. So, I placed a light blue 'square' under the entire template in order to create this look with a width of 705 and height of 700. |

Right click and save these color swatches. Take them into Web Studio,
"stretch" them by clicking on them, and grab the handles to create this look. The background color is RBG 066.105.132. |

To make the background color, go to the gallery and open the background
tab. Drag the color box to the page. Click on a box under 'custom color' and then click on 'define custom colors. Add the RGB 066.105.132. And then "add to custom colors." The color you selected should appear in the 'custom color box'. |
