Within 24 hours after your application has arrived, you should receive an email from me which will let you know I have the submission. The submission will be placed in a special folder until the first opportunity for an initial review. This initial screening will include:

Once the 2 items above have been confirmed, the submitted website will undergo an in-depth evaluation using my browser of choice, Internet Explorer 6.0, to see if all criteria has been met.

If the criteria has been met, your website will be viewed using Netscape 6.2 to make sure it is consistent with Internet Explorer 6.0 without any major incombatibility between the two. The website is scored according to the 7 point system on the scoring page. All eligible submissions are reviewed at least 3 times.

After the score is tallied and if you are a winner, the award graphic will be sent via email and you will be placed on the winners list after I receive confirmation that the award was accepted.
