Amy started working in a restaurant at the age of 16. At the age of 21, she bought Potter's Restaurant and eventually renamed it as Amy's Kitchen. After running it for 7 years, she decided to sell. This led to different jobs
after the sale. Not happy with any on them, she opened up the new Amy's
Kitchen on March 22, 2004.
